"Gotham" was a graphic design course assignment. Requirements included researching a typeface, typesetting found information, and designing a typographical poster. The first image, a magazine page, features white font contrasted against a bold page color. The monochromatic title is emphasized with a soft yellow line while the justified, 2-column text body mirrors the Gotham font's historic structured & sturdy aesthetic. The second image displays a typographical poster representation of the found information, with text manipulated to evoke an image of steel beams and a frantic pace often representative of a metropolitan city.
